Featuring the renowned automatic movement Cal.27-460, an 18K gold automatic rotor, Geneva Seal, and Gyromax balance wheel. The watch is equipped with a double P-gold crown and a screw-down caseback.

Six o'clock small seconds hand, gold numerals and hands, outer-minute scale. Dial/movement/case signed Patek Philippe. Accompanied by Patek Philippe certificate.

The Patek Philippe Ref. 3429 was introduced in 1960, primarily crafted in gold, with some platinum and a very limited number of rose gold models.

It replaced Ref.3415, with the difference being the Cal.27-460 movement instead of the earlier 12-600 AT movement. Ref.3429 was discontinued in 1969
